Use IMU to level and orient the final scan #20

Currently the IMU is not used at all by the 3D scanner. We should use it to

  1. average sensor data to determine pitch and roll deviation from "level". Then transform the final scan to be level with the ground plane
  2. use magnetometer to orient the yaw of each 3D scan.

These corrections should make it easier to align and merge scans later.
