Some people might find it useful to get SBML Level 2 output. There could be a simple switch to generate L2v5 output.

Sarah Keating previously wrote in Pivotal:

IIRC (and I havent looked!) BioCham outputs l2 and we post convert it to L3 anyway. So adding a flag to give the l2 version to the user should be fairly straightforward.
It would also need to be an option in the GUI.
