Installing libsass on pip using docker (alpine) is really slow and cpu intensive

yeah, nothing that can be done here -- see #282 (comment) (duplicate)

refactor(docker): Change python image + gcc
69bf121 
The previous python-alpine image was causing verry long build times
for the gcc compiler (which will be needed later)
