Support registering blocks into lw with multiple slots, spreading the samples across slots, multiple block-samples in the same labware.

@KatyTudor Currently block-registration supports registering in multiple labware in one request. Do we need to support multiple labware each with multiple samples inside? if so, how would the excel file look for that?

@khelwood very good question. We may need to add another column for external barcode like on the slide registration. because if a labware has multiple samples (externals ID's in) they would need a unique Identifier/barcode

@KatyTudor Do the prov's/cassettes have an external barcode on them? what format is it? and is it OK to make the field mandatory?

@khelwood currently they are only known by the external ID. Though I think at least for CellGen they do have a freezerpro barcode, but we haven't entered that on STAN because STAN was created before they got freezerpro. Might also need a column for Sample address (like slot address in the block, i.e A1,B1,C1)

@KatyTudor We'll definitely need slot address, but we need something to tell us when two samples in block registration are in the same labware. It doesn't sound like we know what that way is yet.

(Or we could limit block registration to one piece of labware at a time.)
