As a TL I would like explanatory text added to the Tableau report & Confluence docs to explain that cost code, platform and library type are not filled in until sequencing has started so that users understand the limitation.

Acceptance Criteria

• Provide a way for users to read about the limitations of the current report on the Tableau view.
• Include the fact that cost code, platform and library type are not filled in until sequencing has started.
• Update Confluence documentation to include this too.

I updated the Tableau report to include these restrictions:

Also, I updated the confluence page accordingly (Changes are made within the "Restrictions" section):

One thought, is it possible to include a hyperlink on Tableau to the Confluence page so the user can get more details?
