Combine the 'settings' gear with the tools and integrations. The tools and integrations can be another tab.
The light or dark mode toggle can be moved into the settings panel and off the top bar.
if admin, in a new tab show the most used admin tools which are: MCP Configuration & Controls section , Banner Messages, , and the Feedback section. Give a link to the full admin page.

in the selection or prompts below the chat input, for custom user prompts, show a 'edit' button next to each prompt to quickly take users to the edit page in the config.
Also, add a small 'create new system prompt' button in that area.
Both of these are to help user find their custom prompts quikcly.

For the admin tab, should those three sections be fully editable inline, or just a summary view that links into the full admin page? Also, once tools and integrations become a settings tab, should their current entry points stay where they are or be removed?
