Regenerate MP3 files from ABC #230

Some ABC melodies have been changed. The corresponding mp3 file should also be updated.

Proposal #1: regenerate ABC melody for each song and upload & replace the existing mp3 file with the new one (thus keeping the same name).
Proposal #2: check modification date on song/abc melodies and only apply proposal #1 on those.

There are no timestamps available on the AbcMelodie objects, so regeneration of all songs must be done.
