Problem Statement
On Android 16 QPR3 and below there's no separated QS Tile for wifi and mobile data, as they are unified in one tile, which feels pretty unpractical in my opinion, it would only get added officially in one of the android 17 betas.

Add the wifi and mobile data tile option on Quick settings tile > Connectivity
