ADB commands (for Shut-up!)

I have a non-rooted Pixel 8 Pro and shut-up (and some other functionalities too) requires specific ADB commands, I get it.

My questions are:

1. If I perform the ADB commands (for Write Security Settings), are they permanent (= stay on after re-booting my phone)?
2. For some reason, if I need to reverse the ADB (= disable ADB changes), could there be "de ADB" button (as future development idea)?

1. Yes, WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS permission is permanent until you revoke it with adb.
   adb shell pm revoke com.sameerasw.essentials android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS

2. Currently you can grant this permission using Shizuku as well... I think it persists across uninstalls too but that I am not sure. For uninstallation, I will look into this. If the app was uninstalled, it can't use the permission anyways but it's always noice to know it's fully revoked.

Root is absolutely not necessary for the application as I am not even rooted anymore and the main reason the app was made to utilize the maximum limits what we can do on Android without deep root system modifications. :)
