308 Error: Permanent Redirect Error

I used the sample code from https://salu133445.github.io/muspy/datasets/index.html
to import the dataset but I am getting an error.
I tried running the sample code after making a directory and recived an error that said "HTTP Error 308: Permanent Redirect".

Here is a screen shot of the error:

All I am trying to do is download the dataset from this website: https://salu133445.github.io/muspy/datasets/datasets.html
so I can train the MIDI file datasets on the model from TensorFlow called "Generate Music with RNN".

Could someone please help me?
