What are KPIs for Acartia?

My initial response in Slack below. Other ideas and discussions are welcome!

For Acartia as a data cooperative, a couple KPIs may be independent of Google Analytics. For example, success for a data cooperative might be measured simply as growth over time in:

1. The number of data-providing organizations or individuals. (In phase 1 it was 3: Orcasound, Orca Network, and http://Conserve.io). In phase 2 I hope we can add groups like: Orca Behavior Institute, iNaturalist, members of the PSEMP Work Groups, Marine Exchange of Puget Sound, and maybe the Pacific Whale Watch Association.
2. The number of unique data points. (23,000 in Apr 2022; 37,000 two years later)
3. The number of end-users. (3 in phase 1; looking like 2x at least as we start of phase 2...).
