Good first issue: add a glossary for CaPU core terms #11

Description

@safal207

Goal

Create a beginner-friendly glossary for CaPU terms so new contributors can understand the project faster.

Context

CaPU uses several precise terms:

  • Gate
  • Incubate
  • Commit
  • Execute
  • side effect
  • causal record
  • permission
  • maturity
  • durable commit
  • decision code
  • TraceOut
  • commit-before-effect
  • causal co-processor

A glossary will make the repository easier to enter for contributors who are new to agent safety, robotics, or protocol design.

Suggested file

docs/GLOSSARY.md

Acceptance criteria

  • Add short definitions for the core terms above.
  • Keep each definition practical and non-philosophical.
  • Link the glossary from the README Review links section.
  • Avoid new runtime claims.
  • Do not modify runtime code.

Contributor level

Beginner / docs-only.

Why this helps community

A good glossary lowers the barrier for first-time contributors and makes CaPU easier to discuss in issues, PRs, and external reviews.
