Uploaded pdf pages appearing white

Describe the bug

It has happened twice now, where a single page out of a imported pdf suddenly will not load its contents. The pen writing shows up fine, and the preview card on the homepage still loads as if all the pdf was showing, but clicking on it renders a blank white page with just the pen mark ups. It only happens on a single page out of the entire pdf, but there seems to be no way of reversing it. I've attached both how the pdf loads when clicking on the file and what the homepage preview looks like.

To reproduce

I'm not sure what is causing this, so I'm not sure how to reproduce it. It seems to be occurring randomly

Expected behavior

The expected behavior is for the full pdf slides to load.

Having the same problem with the latest version on iPadOS, so I guess it's a problem across all platforms.

After updating to the new version this bug has gotten much worse, its happening more often and occuring to whole documents now, not just a page out of the whole doc. I'm gonna switch back to one note until this problem is resolved

It happens to me as well. Working on PDFs is sometimes breaking the note. It happened while working on it. Anyone know how to restore the notes?? They are important...

Same issue here, it did not happen to all pages but to a range of slides from 48-77 out of 90 slides for me. Even tried exporting to pdf but can't get it fixed

I forked and tried some things to fix it (mostly vibecoded but it works on my machine). I add the 'overwrite pdf' button which overrides the slides background which fixes my notes. There are some other changes/fixes in there too, so for anyone interested: https://github.com/kwikenkwak/saber

Please note that this might not work for you, as i hardcoded the fact that manually inserted pages for extra notes are identified by the height being smaller than the width of the slide (which is kindof crap)
