Solution for server in local network

Now everything is about two docker images. User need to deploy them on public VM (or local if they have enough experience) so others can join session.
It'll be more convenient for user, to simplify that process for local network (because almost everyone has local networks).

Some ideas:

• Some sort of CLI that expose app with specific IP address in local network;
• Maybe executable file (.exe) for windows users to run-and-deploy;
