I am creating a town and I am limited by what I can create. I have other deities I want in that town and some specific descriptors I want to use. Port City. By a major river used as a trading route. That sort of thing.
Also, there are certain races I do not use in my world. Wanted to remove them from some lists. There are no Dragonborn here. Is there a way to modify the choices for a world?
