RFC: Add EDK2 IoMmu Support for DMA in `uefi-rs`

Hi, I’m an intern at Microsoft and recently implemented the EDK2 IoMmu protocol for DMA in a uefi-rs project.

Would the community be interested in a PR to add the EDK2 IoMmu protocol?
