improve ux of pop up windows with color

I'm not sure if this would be possible or not but it would be a great UX improvement to do some kind of syntax highlighting in popup windows where available. Atm they are hard to read as they can contain large chunks of text.

If this were possible I'd be happy to jump in and help

Hmm, I'm not sure if this is possible or not - it would be down to VSCode. It would certainly be welcome if we could do that.

Unfortunately VSCode doesn't support that and we're limited to a plain string (or markdown?) in the hover tooltip, so until that changes there's not a lot we can do in this regard.
