Hover documentation getting cut off

When A/B'ing rls and rust-analyzer I noticed the following issue:

As you can see, the inline doc ouptut of rust-analyzer is cut off right before the [ of [vec!]

That's a link, maybe there's an issue with ST's rendering of Markdown?

Since links render fine in the popups, the only issue I can think of is links that are also inline code blocks like this. Will do some investigating and close if this is indeed invalid.

Update: This is indeed an issue with inline code links.

Looks like we just keep intra doc links in the output if we can't resolve them? We should probably strip them in that case instead
