There have been several examples over the last week of increased usage which have seen long delays for rfcbot response times (as much as 30 min). I'm assuming this is closely related to the polling-based architecture I'm using to be able to cover so many repositories without configuration, but it's time to dig into the logs as to why the times are half an hour, instead of 3 minutes (which is the delay it's configured for).

See #61 (comment) for an example (not 30 minutes, but still...).

Note to self: this is definitely due to API limits. Perhaps time to switch to webhooks?
