Rusoil Software is a student-run study group and collaborative organization. We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all contributors.
All participants are expected to:
- Be respectful and courteous in communication.
- Assume positive intent and ask for clarification before criticizing.
- Report any harassing, hateful, or discriminatory behavior to the maintainers or Team Lead.
Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, threats, or discriminatory language based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Insulting, demeaning, or exclusionary language.
- Repeatedly ignoring community guidelines after being asked to comply.
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior:
- Contact the repository maintainers or the organization Team Lead (use the contact information in the repository). If you prefer anonymity, you may open a private issue or use the project’s designated reporting channel.
- Provide details (who, what, when, where), any evidence (logs, screenshots), and how you would like the situation to be handled.
Maintainers will review reports promptly and may take actions including:
- A private warning or request to change behavior.
- Temporary or permanent removal from the project or organization.
This Code of Conduct applies to all organization repositories, communication channels, and events organized by the group.
