Add storybook build to github actions

Currently the release action does not build the latest storybook, adding it there would be a good step.

hi @Kreijstal the issue is that the current storybook is being served by a separate repo to which i have no rights to, it would have been ideal if a link could have been estblished between this and that repo.

we are working on having a storybook available via this repo and it should be available in a few days. its being tracked by #621
