TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION

8. Limitation of Liability.

10. Miscellaneous.

   This License shall be interpreted in all respects under the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The Licensor may publish revised and updated versions of this License from time to time. Each version will be given a distinguishing version number.
