Version 9

I can see that 9.x branch is created but i don't see any PRs, roadmap, etc.

Can you update are there any blockers? V9 doesn't bring a lot of breaking changes or just changes, should be easy update

You are right, it is likely time to push it out. @sidz has ben one of the main driving forces to get us to the point where we are. Do you feel comfortable to push it out as 9.0? Any other urgent breaking change cleanups we should make?

@ruflin My initial idea was to finally make this library fully typed. I've just don't have enough time for now. I'll try to find some time on this week to apply another bunch of Rector rules

This plan sounds great but IMO it is more important to release working version for v9 to let people upgrade. Having library fully typed is secondary mission and shouldn't be a blocker

@sidz I would like to ask for a favor from you. Could you write down in a Github issue that list all the improvements / changes you still wanted to make. This will help also others to potentially pick up the work.
