We need to update the documentation on the main website aggregating the resources that are already available:

• Operator: material available at https://vre-hub.github.io/docs/extensions/rucio-jupyterlab/
• User: material (some of it SWAN-specific) available in feat: Rucio extension user documentation swan-cern/help#37
• Testing and general configuration at: CONFIGURATION.md

The Rucio website might go soon towards versioned content, so we need to figure out how to reconcile the Rucio versioning and the extension versioning.
