Event creation page should ask for organizer's role

I'm an organizer of events, but I'm often not the lead organizer or the organizer who is the best person to contact for certain things. I want to add my event to the site, but I'd like to clarify my role as the submitter and perhaps supply someone else who should be the primary contact for questions related to the listing.

As such, I'd like to minimally supply my role or the role of whosever name I put in the form.
