Summary

Flash notifications should be DRY and should use the nifty tools offered by the theme we are using.

Criteria for Completion

• Flash messages are rendered in the layout(s) using a partial called by a helper
• Flash messages appear using sweet alerts https://zuramai.github.io/mazer/demo/extra-component-sweetalert.html (I have am presuming we will use toast style)
• Multiple flash messages can appear
• Flash messages expire and disappear
• Flash messages observe the type of the notification (success, failure, etc.)
