Delete old repository

I think that the old repository is not used anymore.

If we need the above information, re-create new issues and start discussion from post-migration phase.

Issue 1 and 3 have some valuable insights (the others have been dealt with or are irrelevant now). I will sum them up in brand new issues in this project, then we will delete .OLD, allright?

@chikamichi I create simple exporter. example for https://gist.github.com/hsbt/5689058 . we export and re-create new issue 1 and 3 to ruby/www.ruby-lang.org

if you confirmed this plan. I export issues and delete ruby/ruby-lang.org.OLD

Deleted. I backup issues details. If it's needed, I create new issue by backups.
