Links are incorrectly rendered in plugin information tab, and screenshots are missing.

To Reproduce

1. Click on View details under the SnapWP Helper plugin
   
2. Go to the Description and Installation tab to see missing links
   
   
3. Go to the Screenshots tab to see missing screenshots
