On Rails 5 and Ruby 2.7.2 I get @locale not initialized

I get gems/stringex-2.8.5/lib/stringex/localization/backend/i18n.rb:15: warning: instance variable @Locale not initialized
I have found a fix for it and will make a fork and pull request for it.

Fixed in #215
