Indicate in queue which attribute changed causing the re-render

As more stats and information are automatically pulled, items that are automatically queued can sometimes be confusing. I've been confused on occasion wondering if I accidently edited a title or edited the wrong title.

I think that indicating which field(s) updated in the queue UI would resolve this. Graphics that are automatically updated could also be flagged as such.
