[Feature Request] Tracking interval

Hey, thanks for implementing my previous feature request (file output). The intermission screen automation works like a charm!

I'd like to set a tracking interval, so the file doesn't get written on my SSD on every frame but instead something like "every 10 seconds" or something, because I fear that all the disk writing operations might do harm to the disk over time.

Could you look into that? Or have I overseen a setting that already does that?
