Windows and GPU version: Inference device only works on CPU, the other options only processes one frame and then stops

Expected Behavior

the advance options let you change the inference device, which by default is CPU, and since I have a GPU and I installed the Windows and GPU version, I want better performance and results with the help of the GPU for removing background.

Actual Behavior

My pc has a GPU, I installed the plugging version that supports GPUs, "inference device" is by default on CPU, when I change it to GPU, the filter only processes one frame and it stops removing the background, it keeps the only frame it removed the background, and it only works again when changing into CPU.

Steps to Reproduce

activate "advance settings" in the filter options of this plug-in.
change to GPU - CUDA in "inference device".
the filter stops processing frames to remove BG and only works again when reverting to CPU.

@umireon Hello! Unfortunately, I don't know how to use this or test #760, neither have the knowledge to read code to at least understand if logically may work.
I assume this #760 is the PR you ask me to do, so I guess that is not necessary to do. I can volunteer to test files that have the code to test the solution, that's all I know I can help.

Hello, id like to note that with the artifacts attached to 760 have only returned the following from the latest logs:

[obs-backgroundremoval] OrtSessionOptionsAppendExecutionProvider_Cuda: Failed to load shared library
[obs-backgroundremoval] Failed to create ONNXRuntime session. Error code: 5

Now I'm not too sure if i need to install any dependencies apart from the latest version of OBS and the latest version of the NVIDIA Graphics Drivers, would I/others need to install anything else?
Also keep in mind that I'm running this plugin on a GTX Titan V,
Any recommendations? Attached is the logs from the aforementioned.
