Error opening boot0.bin

Hi there,
When I boot rxTools into the menu using ctrbootmanager, I am unable to go into the boot screen, the error "Error opening /rxTools/Theme/0/boot0.bin" and prevents going into the boot menu.

as a side note, I have another error "Failed to load NATIVE_FIRM: 5", what could be causing that?

Looks like SD card problem
