Feature Request: switch from ssmtp to msmtp

Summary

Trellis uses sSMTP for mail but it's been orphaned/unmaintained for a few years. We should switch to msmtp as the replacement.

As a bonus, msmtp should provide better multi-account support.

Motivation

We should use software that is maintained.

Second this as I have found that SSMTP doesn't seem to support newer AUTH methods. Specifically, PLAIN vs LOGIN as this is needed for proton mail.
