6-hour nap window doesn't work

I don't think the 6-hour nap window has kicked in. I left it selected at 00:00 GMT when I added my page, and pings work great every 30 mins; however, i can see that they didn't stop after 00:00 gmt. it is now 5:35am GMT and pings have regularly been going on.
