Making a new release to enable timeouts by default

Hi!

We've been hit in production by an issue that https://github.com/rocklabs-io/ic-py/commit/3c201cead17241ffad453d9d03fc46305cd3e9b6 resolves but the latest release (made 2 years ago) does not include the above commit.

Are there any plans to make a new release soon?
