[FEATURE] Command to list any odoo instances, and command to run it

1. Add new command to list all cloned odoo instances by this app, can just use ls command to odoo directory on config/constant.go since it's the default odoo directory, and serve it beautifully
2. Add new command to run any odoo instances that can be found on odoo directory. Add local flag to define addons_path, and maybe port(?) and db(?), other than that, just ask user to edit the odoo.conf on their respective directory directly
