pre-commit not present under dev group #1973

- I have searched the Supervision issues and found no similar bug report.
Bug
Contributing guide mentions usage of pre-commit, and to install it using this command:
uv pip install -r pyproject.toml --extra dev
But dev does not include pre-commit, so this does not make sense.

- OS: Arch
- Python: 3.13.7
