Problem
The provider detail header shows the provider name and plan badge, but not which account was detected. When multiple accounts exist, users cannot tell which account the displayed usage belongs to.
Proposed solution
Show the detected email or username beside the plan badge in the provider detail header.
Acceptance criteria
- Provider detail header displays account email/username when plugin data includes it.
- Plan badge remains visible.
- Long account identifiers truncate cleanly with full value in a tooltip/title.
- Existing provider cards without account identity remain unchanged.
