Svelte 5 please

I saw the message about Svelte 5 in the readme but I'm hoping a bit of external encouragement might help. This is such a great component, I use it in all my projects. But I'm hitting hickups with Svelte 5 and Tailwind, especially with styling using the css variables.

Bump! Merging would be awesome. Svelte 5 support would give many users a big benefit.
