Undocumented CLI command `--verify-cat`

Description

There is an undocumented rnp command --verify-cat

rnp/src/rnp/rnp.cpp

Line 177 in ec1c75b

{"verify-cat", no_argument, NULL, CMD_VERIFY_CAT},

not mentioned anywhere, neither in man 1 rnp nor in usage message.
And I have no idea what is it supposed to do :)

rnp --verify-cat

Expected Behavior

Description of --verify-cat should be present in the man page and usage text.
