I wonder why it says "PaleMoon". I wonder if there is something specific to windows here, I can't reproduce it on linux. @roytam1 anything specific to your build? Can you reproduce?

"tabs on top" has some problems on rendering, but I don't have an idea how to fix it.

I think then this is a windows specific issues, Tabs on Tob seems to work on Mac & Linux.

@roytam1 I did import some fixes for tabs on top, do they improve situation on Windows? Unfortunately AppMenu support was removed, so a 1:1 comparison with gecko is hard, but on Linux it works.
