I could not upload to S3 at Singapore

panic: can't find endpoint region

I could not upload to S3 at Singapore. Also the endpoint ends with amazonaws.com. Could you please help me fix it?

Also I followed this link https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/rande.html#s3_region to find the correct Region.
