DATIS crashes DCS 2.9.18.12722

It seems that having DATIS ATIS stations present in a mission causes the latest DCS (v2.9.18.12722 as of this post) to crash the entire DCS process.

Haven't checked in CARRIER and other stations cause the crash, but I presume they do.

I've upgraded all dependencies of DATIS, which seems to have fixed the crash. However, there is at least one more Lua script that doesn't work with the latest DCS version anymore. I honestly don't care enough about DCS anymore to invest more time right now.

But, I've attached the updated datis.dll (goes into DCS.openbeta\Mods\services\DATIS\bin), if anyone wants to look into the Lua error.
