sc2rf issue

All the dependencies are installed. but, Sc2rf generates problem shown in picture

Hey @ZuneraJ sorry for the late reply (holiday season). It's a bit hard to say what's going on just based on the screenshot and I can not directly say what exit code 127 is saying in that context.

Can you provide the nextflow run ... command that you used? Which pipeline version did you run (please try the latest, if not done).

Also, if you can provide the content of the .command.log file in the working directory where the process failed, that might help.
