Working Platformio packages versions

Hello all,

A few days ago I wanted to test my firmware based on this project on ESP32S2.
Unfortunately I went on and did a "pio pkg update".
I was careless and I didn't think that this would completely break my project. Since then I am encountering a few issues, some already mentioned here and I have not been able to correctly boot my project.

I tried changing the plarform version in plarformio.ini
platform = espressif32@x.x.x
I tried all versions from 6.7.0 (latest) to 5.3.0 but I didn't have any luck.

Can someone with a working install list the correct dependencies please?
I would be much obliged.
