CutterDRcov plugin not loaded

Environment:

• Windows 10, Cutter 2.4.1, Rizin 0.8.1, Qt 6.7.2
• Cutter release has Python support and Python bindings

Steps taken:

• downloaded CutterDRCov-master.zip from download link in README.md
• copied cutterdrcov_plugin into plugins\python\ at path shown in Cutter Preferences
• restarted Cutter

Expected outcome:

• on restart, CutterDRCov plugin would be visible in Preferences > Plugins and would be visible under Windows > Plugins

Actual outcome:

• neither expected result occurred.

Is there something I'm missing here about the plugin loading process?
