save [recent] into its own file to be able to version control memento's config #337

Description

@teto

I would like to save my memento config in git as part of my "dotfiles".
The annoying bit is that the config also saves host-dependent "recent" files, which of course differ between laptop/desktop .

[recent]
files=, "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUqFU5u7rLQ", , /home/teto/Downloads/[Tohsaka] Kimi no Na wa (Your Name) MULTi (BD 1080p)/[Tohsaka] Kimi no Na wa (Your Name) MULTi (BD 1080p).mkv

If I were to refer the xdg spec, I believe this would be better located in $XDG_STATE_HOME for instance.
