save [recent] into its own file to be able to version control memento's config

I would like to save my memento config in git as part of my "dotfiles".
The annoying bit is that the config also saves host-dependent "recent" files, which of course differ between laptop/desktop .

If I were to refer the xdg spec, I believe this would be better located in $XDG_STATE_HOME for instance.

I'll look into this. I think if I do it, it'll be a Linux only change.

It matters less to me as I can just ignore the files but if one gets pedantic about XDG, the ~/.config/memento/dictionaries.sqlite should probably live in $XDG_DATA_HOME (same for the res/ subfolder, it might even go to the cache as I suppose it's not used once the dictionaries are imported in sqlite ? )

res is used to store dictionary data that isn't put into the database like images or styles.css.
