FCITX5 and MOZC

Still pretty new to nixOS, but I've really found your project amazing and am using it! I might have butchered this implementation, but to get FCITX5 to work and detect addons (mozc for japanese), I did the following, so hopefully it useful for someone or someone can show me the correct way.

Attempts:

1. Importing japanese.nix in the modules\system\default.nix technically worked, but mozc wasn't detected.
2. Moved importing to flake.nix:

      hydenixConfig = inputs.hydenix.inputs.hydenix-nixpkgs.lib.nixosSystem {
        inherit (inputs.hydenix.lib) system;
        specialArgs = {
          inherit inputs;
        };
        modules = [
	  ./modules/system/japanese.nix
          ./configuration.nix

      };

I have no idea what the functional difference is but for some reason the second attempt worked. Maybe it is luck, or something. Also in the fcitx config tool, be sure to uncheck "show current languages only".
