As a user i would like to be able to use S3 buckets in some projects.

During install it would be nice to get a secret delivered, with credentials for S3 buckets, in this case some applications uses storage that cant use GP2, but it can use S3, by delivering a secret in a namespace on delivery, it is possible for the delivery team to use this storage class, or deliver the cluster with OCS installed.
